Weight lost trips.
There's my advice, albeit a bit out of date.
But at least I've written it down for you.

While I was
swimming for 45 minutes this morning, I started to think about what other things are helping me to stay motivated with exercise and healthy eating.
These might sound a little strange and I don't think I've put them all into words before, but here's my list.
Eating in a controlled environment is awesome for me.
I can't say the exact number of times I've brought leftovers home, eaten them, then gone back for more.
Partly this is because I'm lazy and partly because I don't like being hungry.
But it's a nice break to have something like that available to me when I don't really feel like cooking.
Not being able to eat the food.
I'm not into the whole Paleo thing and don't plan on changing what I eat, but I do love that there are a lot of healthy, fat free foods that are allowed.
Since I can't eat them, I have them available as a snack or lunch (i. e. home made peanut butter, cottage cheese, egg and toast).
There's this little 2 oz. container of cottage cheese in my fridge right now that has been gone through at least twice.
I'll probably eat it tonight for dinner or something.
I can't eat a lot of these foods, so I think it's good to keep them around just for those times when you need something else.
